The Detective Box mobile messaging service is operated by Detective Box. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Service Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Service Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

By consenting to Detective Box’s SMS/MMS messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/MMS messages from and on behalf of Detective Box via your wireless provider at the mobile phone number you provided, even if your number is on a national or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include order status, alerts, order information, and in-game clues, account alerts, etc. Promotional messages may include promotions, teasers, puzzles, launches, abandoned cart notifications, special events, satisfaction surveys, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you are not required to sign up for this program to make purchases, and your consent is not a condition for any purchase with Detective Box. Your participation in this program is entirely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all fees and charges associated with sending text messages imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for more details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/MMS messages, including those from your wireless provider.

You can unsubscribe from the Service at any time. Send the keyword STOP to Detective Box or click on the unsubscribe link (when available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a confirmation text message of your opt-out. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, except where required by law. If you are subscribed to other Detective Box mobile messaging programs and wish to cancel, unless required by applicable law, you must opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

For help or assistance regarding the Service, send the keyword HELP to Detective or email support@detectivebox.com.

We may change at any time any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any message, including requests STOP or HELP, sent to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

Supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you change your mobile phone number, you must re-enroll in the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for any failure, delay, or misdelivery of any information sent via the Service, any errors in such information and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or the Service.
