Refund Policy of Detective Box

Returns Accepted for Defective Items Only

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at the phone number or email address provided below and include details of the product and the defect. We will then inform you how to return the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipment. You must also prepay shipping and insurance costs (if applicable) for all returns. If your return is eligible for a refund, it will not include the shipping and handling costs that may be listed on the packing slip or invoice.

When we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you via email, within a reasonable time, whether you are entitled to a refund or exchange due to the defect. If you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, we will either replace the product or refund the purchase price (according to the original method of payment). Shipping and handling fees you have already paid are non-refundable, and any refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping. A maximum of 15 business days may pass after the receipt of our email before you see the refund on your statement.

Customers May Return Unopened Items

  1. Return of Unopened Items:

We accept returns of unopened items. You may return unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving your purchase, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
