ARTICLE 1: GENERAL ORGANIZATION OF THE GAME

The Simplified Joint Stock Company (SAS) DETECTIVE BOX , whose registered office is at 128 rue de la Boétie 75008 , PARIS, is organizing a free game with purchase obligation hereinafter called “Operation Golden Ticket” (hereinafter the “Game”).

ARTICLE 2: EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Game implies the participant's unconditional acceptance of these rules and the principle of the Game.

The Game is open to any adult natural person residing in Metropolitan France or Corsica, excluding the French Overseas Territories and the Principality of Monaco, whether an adult or a minor with the authorization of the legal representative, excluding members of staff of the Organizing Company and its affiliated companies (its subsidiaries, sister companies and the companies controlling it), and generally speaking companies participating in the implementation of the Game. This exclusion also extends to the families (spouse, children, father and mother, brothers and sisters) of members of staff of the aforementioned companies.

It is specified that a person wishing to participate in the Game is identified by their surname, first name, postal address, email and telephone number, provided by themselves (hereinafter, “the Contact Details”).

In the event of a dispute, only the listings of the Organizing Company are authentic.

Persons who have not provided proof of their complete contact details and identity or who have provided them in an inaccurate or false manner will be disqualified, as will persons refusing the collection, recording and use of personal information concerning them that is strictly necessary for the purposes of managing the Game.

The Organizing Company reserves the right to carry out any verification for the application of these rules. In particular, any registration containing false, erroneous or incomplete Contact Information will be considered null and void and will therefore be excluded from participation in this Game.

The status of winner cannot be validly awarded to a person who does not meet the conditions set out in these rules.

ARTICLE 3: DURATION

The Game is organized from January 1, 2024 to April 15 2024 (hereinafter the “Game Period”) and only concerns the Woodlock University survey.

Detective Box must be informed of the Golden Ticket award by May 15, 2024 at the latest, in which case the prizes can no longer be taken into account.

ARTICLE 4: PRINCIPLE OF THE GAME

Participation in the game is automatic for anyone who has obtained a Woodlock University survey ordered between January 1, 2024 and April 15, 2024. Ten Golden Tickets will be distributed among survey orders placed between these dates.

ARTICLE 5: DETERMINATION OF WINNERS

If the participant discovers upon opening his package an envelope containing a ticket marked TICKET d'OR, he must communicate by email exclusively to the address contact@detectivebox.fr the ticket number mentioned on the Golden Ticket as well as a photograph holding the Golden Ticket.

In case of sending several emails with the same golden ticket and the same number, the first email arriving on the mail server of the organizing company will be considered as the winner.

Any transfer, even free of charge, of the golden ticket is prohibited, except in the event that a winner discovers several golden tickets, he will be authorized to transfer the additional golden ticket(s) to any person of his choice, after having provided proof of the latter's agreement.

Any incomplete or erroneous participation will be rejected, without the Organizing Company being held liable.

Any false declaration by a participant will result in their exclusion from the Game and the non-awarding of any prize they may have won, without the Organizing Company being held liable.

ARTICLE 6: LOTS

Ten identical lots are up for grabs, each consisting of the right to benefit from the next 3 Detective Box investigations, to be published at a later, unspecified date.

The winner must be of legal age or provide proof of authorization from their legal representative regarding both participation and enjoyment of the prize.

The lots are determined by the Organizing Company. They are non-transferable and non-assignable, with the exception of the case specified in the last paragraph of Article 5.

The prizes are strictly limited to their designation and do not include any additional costs or services that may be related to their enjoyment or use, which are the sole responsibility of the winners. They cannot give rise to any dispute of any kind, nor to the delivery of their cash equivalents or in any other form whatsoever, nor to their replacement or exchange for any reason whatsoever.

Any additional details and practical information for the delivery of prizes will be given to the winners in good time.

The winner's inability to benefit, in whole or in part, from the prize awarded and determined under the conditions that have been explained to him, resulting from his actions, for whatever reason, causes him to lose the benefit without any possibility of reimbursement or compensation of any kind.

In the event of force majeure as defined by Article 1218 of the Civil Code and French case law or in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the control of the Organizing Company and/or its potential partners, the Organizing Company reserves the right to adjust the delivery of the prize to meet the constraints and best satisfy the winner's interests. Consequently, in such cases, the Organizing Company reserves the right to:

- Modify the Game partially or completely;

- Postpone the delivery of the batch to a later date;

- Replace the lot with another of equivalent value;

- Cancel the gain if no other solution is possible.

No compensation may be claimed in this regard.

ARTICLE 7: INFORMATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES

The awarding of prizes is subject to the validity of participation, which may be verified at any time by the Organizing Company, and to the absence of any suspicion of cheating.

The winner will be informed by email of his/her winnings and the terms of delivery of the prize, to the email address indicated when contacting the organizing company (see article 3), within one month of the end of the Game (April 2024). The winner must contact the Organizing Company within a maximum of 1 (one) month from receipt of the email sent by the Organizing Company. Otherwise, the winner will be declared the loser and will not win any prize.

As a general rule, unclaimed prizes are forfeited.

The prizes are awarded within six months by the organizing company.

ARTICLE 8: GUARANTEES - LIABILITY - FORCE MAJEURE

The Organizing Company shall not be held liable if a person:

- Could not participate in the Game;

- Provided inaccurate or incomplete contact details that prevented him from being informed of his win or from being sent any prize awarded;

- Did not meet the conditions for receiving a prize.

Consequently, the Organizing Company may not under any circumstances be held responsible, without this list being limiting:

- the loss of any paper mail and, more generally, the loss of any data;

- routing problems;

The participants undertake not to contest the admissibility, validity or probative force of the elements communicated or exchanged between the parties, on the basis of any legal provision whatsoever and which would specify that certain documents must be written or signed by the parties to constitute proof. Thus, the elements considered constitute proof and they are admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same manner, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document established, received or kept in writing.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible if, as a result of incidents in the delivery of postal mail, entries have not reached it.

The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for problems with the routing or delivery of the prize.

ARTICLE 9: COMPLAINTS

To be taken into account, any complaints regarding the Game must be sent by email to the following address: contact@detectivebox.fr and this, at the latest 90 (ninety) days after the deadline for participation in the Game concerned, as indicated by these rules. No complaints of any kind may be made concerning all or part of the Game beyond this deadline.

If the contact details provided by the participant do not allow them to be informed of their winnings or to have them sent to them, they lose their status as winner and cannot make any claim.

The Organizing Company may cancel all or part of the Game if it appears that fraud has occurred in any form whatsoever, in particular by computer or when determining the winners. In this case, it reserves the right not to award the prize and/or to prosecute the perpetrators of such fraud before the competent courts. However, it may not incur any liability of any kind towards participants due to any fraud that may have been committed. In particular, fraud will be considered the fact that a participant uses one or more fictitious nominees or names borrowed from one or more third parties, each participant must participate in the Game under their own and unique name. Any fraud will result in the elimination of the participant.
